Onkyo Controller is the official remote control application for Onkyo network products. It allows users to conveniently operate compatible Onkyo devices from their iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, enhancing the AV home entertainment experience.

The application provides several main functions:

Music playback:
- Supports popular music streaming services such as Pandora, Spotify, DEEZER, and TIDAL.
- Allows playback of music from your smart device's music library or NAS drive on compatible products.
- Offers various playback options including radio, Bluetooth, and USB.
Remote control functions:
- Allows general control functions like play/stop, volume control, and input source selection from your smartphone.
Control of connected home theater products:
- Enables control of Blu-Ray Disc players or TVs connected to an AV amplifier or home theater product via HDMI.
Dirac Live-enabled product support:
- Offers automatic sound field correction with the ability to edit filters for enhanced audio quality.
Audio/Video format verification:
- Provides information about the input and output audio/video formats.

Additionally, by enabling the "Network Standby" option in the unit's initial settings, you can use the application to power on the unit.

The application is compatible with network AV receivers, network audio players, home theaters, and wireless speakers released in April 2016 or later.
